- SATURDAY
- We will begin setting up at 3pm at the Rec. We will not know our exact location until then. Feel free to call my cell phone - 706.264.4196 if you can't find us.
- We are asking our folks to wear matching t-shirts throughout the day. We will have the shirts at the booth at 3:30 and they are first come first serve for sizes. Since we are asking our folks to come out to help cleanup on Sunday, there is no charge for the shirts for Rock Bridge'ers
- The basic plan is to hang out and show people our Christ filled lives and have fun together
- We need two folks [each hour] to commit for one hour during the following hours:

- 4-5
- 5-6
- 6-7
- 7-8
- 8-9 [A FEW EXTRA HERE TO HELP CLEAR OUT WOULD HELP]

- If you can bring a cooler FILLED with ice it will help a TON to keep water - and us cool
- It's going to be hot, we will have some spray bottles to help keep cool
- SUNDAY
- After church on Sunday, we are asking as many folks as possible to return to the Rec Center and help us do some cleanup - our first focus will to clean the property of local homes - we'll evaluate when we get there.
- This is a great opportunity for us to include our whole family is serving our community!
- We will meet back at the Rec after lunch - I will plan to be there by 1pm. We will work until we need to finish...
